Do we think or our thoughts control us ?

I think most of the time our thoughts are unnecessary.

  1. IF WE MEET TO PEOPLE WHO ARE HAND TO MOUTH IN REGULAR BASIS THEN WE CAN LEARN MORE FROM NATURE.BECAUSE I THINK THEY R REALLY MEEK, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO PRETEND
